i was the same way with my 4 yr. old. and i told my doctor, and she gave me some samples of lexapro, which works great !! helps well with the moods also !! so the best answer i can give you is to go to your doctor and explain what your symptons are and how your feeling. always remember doctors can help.

I have anxiety and those angry outbursts could be a panic attack in disguise. I used to have angry outbursts too. Once I realized why I was having them I was better able to analyze why I was upset and I don't have them anymore. I would feel terrible every time and frustrated because I would continue to have them. Call your doctor or a counseling center and share your concerns, be totally honest so you get what you need. You are not alone by a long shot. I recognized on my own that I had anxiety, but it turned out that I had depression too. Medication, exercise and counseling all help me.

Well, I guess that's part of becoming a military wife. Maybe you should hire a nanny for a weekend or weeknight and have a nice night out with your husband.
