I want to buy a book as a gift for a 13 year old girl that emphasises Biblical principles of chastity and purity. Some that I've seen: Authentic Beauty by Ludy, Every Young Woman's Battle by Ethridge, Apples of Gold by Samson. Can any one tell me more about these, or recommend others to me?
I want one that is based on BIBLICAL principles, not just one about having boyfriend and doing everything short of having sex.

Rebecca St. James,a Christian songwriter.It's based entirely on Biblical principles.I've never read it,but I know a youth group has done a course on it.

Most definately recommend every young woman's battle. I read it to see if it was good for my sister....Based 100% on biblical principles....definately what you're looking for. Talks about purity, and emphasises a relationship with Christ.

the art of howls moving castle by hayao miyazaki ( i think i spelled it right or somewhere close to that xD ) i always wanted to read that book! the movie is supperr good, howls moving castle. other books like hmm Eragon? about a boy that finds a dragon egg then the dragon eggs hatches etc.. it's going to come out in the movies.

Try the book "A Voice in the Wind" it is actually two books, one story, the second book is "An Echo in the Darkness" They are both really good. I read them when I was 13. trust me, they are really good, They are both by Francine Rivers. Good luck!! : )
