Registered Nurse here; It would help if I knew any underlying diseases you might have such as diabetes, etc. However sitting for prolonged period of time, diminishes the blood flow to your legs, which can cause feeling of numbness, or tingling feeling. Also the way in which your sitting could be cutting off or diminishing the flow of blood to your lower extremities. Make sure your feet are warm to touch, normal color, no redness, nor swelling. And just to error on the side of caution. I strongly recommend you make an appointment with your physician ASAP, and have this evaluated. For is there is a problem you will be catching it early, and less aggressive treatment will alleviate the problem.
Thanks for the opportunity to address your question.

Maybe you are cutting off the circulation. putting pressure at the back of the knee can cut off circulation causing legs and feet to go numb

The position in which you are sitting is interfering with proper circulation, which results in that numb, tingly feeling. Notice that it gradually goes away once you get up or start moving your legs again.

Thats lack of Blood flow. You need potassium and also you need to do exercise on your legs like lunges or something like that to keep the blood flowing.. Look into seeing a doctor too sweetie ok?
