It could be Vietnamese. Vietnamese is a mono-syllabic language; that's why you might have heard names like Tan Nguyen, Huy Le, Lan Tran, etc. only one syllable per word. Some Vietnamese have "englishnized" their names by combining their last and middle name for the new last name to avoid a one-sound last name, which doesn't sound "nice" to some people. In this case, this person's last name is Bui and middle name Tron (likelyTrong) and first name is whatever. Some combine differently by combining the first and middle name for their new first name. Just my guess.

you're ignorant , what do you mean it is not hispanic because hispanic peolpe can't pronouce it, why dont you look up alexis bledel and joanna garcia, they are hispanic, and for your information there are many hispanics that have last names that dont sound soo hispnaic, you are soo ignorant, educate yourself. and whites can't prounce anything with an "r'' followed by a "t'', it is spanish, like it or not, but the language spanish is latin like french and italien..
