Do you have an RA you could talk to to try and mediate with your roomates? Worst comes to worst you can ask for a room transfer but how often do you have to see this guy? If you've talked with the parties involved about their disruptive behavior and got nowhere, or if they are not approchable you may have no choice. Dont ruin your college career over this. The dorm situation is never ideal, but it does not have to be hell.

First, talk to your roommate and say that their behaviour isn't appropriate. Make it clear that you're too mature to get back at him by doing annoying things, but that his behaviour needs to stop. Try making a plan together that involves a VERY SMALL amount of compromise. You should ALWAYS be able to sleep in your dorm room. Unless he pays for a hotel room, he is being rude to ask/expect you to leave OR to create an environment where you can't sleep. However, I think it would be fair to make a "schedule" in which both of you agree to leave the room for two hours, twice a week. You could leave on Monday and Wednesday, he could leave on Tuesday and Thursday. Say, from 7:00 to 9:00 (not too late). You can always go get dinner and do some studying during that time. Friday through Sunday should be nights when you're both allowed to be in the room at any time.
If that plan doesn't work, then it's time to get Residence Services involved. Chances are, you both signed a contract limiting the number of times a guest can sleep over in a dorm room. In my university, it's three nights per semester WITH permission from the roommate. You can make a complaint to Res Services on these grounds. Furthermore, your Res contract probably also says that every student has the right to sleep and study in their dorm room. If you can't sleep or study in your room because of your roommate, that is another good reason to file a complaint. (By the way, this info was in the contract you signed when you moved in... it was right there under agreeing to pay your rent and not to damage property... this isn't an extra contract.)
Now is a REALLY good time to do this kind of stuff, because a lot of people will go home for Christmas and not come back! If you put in a request now, you may be able to take over a vacant single room or room in a proper apartment with your own bedroom. Don't just live with it- deal with the problem before you go crazy!

in case you do not favor to be sure him in his boxers, a lot less bare or bathe with him (yet in straight forward words on weeknights), and all or any of that makes you uncomfortable, you ought to consult him about it! Lay down some floor rules! i do not realize why you probably did not say something to him at the same time as he requested you to strip down on your undies purely so that you adult males might want to get used to seeing one yet another that way! AND... why might want to you may want to bathe with him? If talking to him and setting up some floor rules does no longer artwork, your in straight forward words different ideas are to yeild to his circumstances or discover yet another roommate, no matter if it really is you or he that leaves to a distinct room!

Talk to your roommate and ask him to have his girlfriend leave.
If this doesn't work, talk to the RA or someone else at the housing authority.
