This is my last year in H.s , i'm 18 yrs old and i would def. love to be with him , what should i do before i leave h.s. so i can hook up with him??? should i tell him i like him or flirt a lot??? and how can i flirt??

it's not illegal but he will probably lose his job if anyone finds out. This will be his biggest concern. Let him know that he doesn't have to worry about that, wait until after school is out, and then follow through and be discrete enough that the poor guy doesn't lose his job. I'm assuming that he is single here. If you are 2 consenting, single adults, no prob. If you are going to make a public embarassment for him or if he's married and you are going to destroy his marriage, talk to him sometime alone and tell him that you like him a lot but you respect his marriage and if you really care about him enough, you will leave his life alone. If he is married and you go after him anyway, then you are just being selfish, because you will likely have a short fling with him, and he will go through a divorce for it. Think about what you are asking him to put on the line to have sex with you. His career at the very least. It doesn't always have to be about sex...

It's not illegal as mostly inappropiate but love doesn't discriminate I guess. Since it's a highschool teacher, it shouldn't be that bad. Now a college professior in some universities is a different story. I've been in your footsteps although I'm not 18 wondering would my diving coach go out with me when I get out of highschool but I'm ahppily in a relationship with a guy my age lol.

As a teacher, I can tell you this is not illegal, but this is a violation of the teacher's contract and he would be fired if he were to date you. I doubt that he would be interested, as it is very unprofessional to consider a relationship like that with a student. Don't even try to put him through that, as it could really mess up his life. Maybe in a few years, if you are both single, give him a call.

Sounds like you're getting an ''A'' in that class. I dated my female teachers and it was fun. they taught me a lot about life too. Lucky teacher. 18 is the legal age. Ethics is the question. You only live once. Learn the art of flirting by watching other successful people doing it. There are classes and books in it.

Well, neither of you would go to jail, BUT... he would likely lose his job if he did ANYTHING with you before you graduated.
After graduation, he and you are both fair game, ALTHOUGH he would likely not publicly date you because of the stigma it would come with, and the inevitable rumors that you two may have been together BEFORE graduation.
it's very dangerous either way...at least for 6 - 12 months after you graduate.
As far as getting his attention... if you decide to ignore the above...
If he is alive, a young girl in miniskirts, low cut shirts, etc. will get his attention, and leaving your cell # on a slip of paper that simply says... "Call me" would likely get the message across.

If you are 18 your legal. The way to tell him is to go up to him and let him know that you would like to get a little something...something after school is out over the summer. Be up front shy is the worst thing.

It's not illegal, but dating him while you're still in school will get him fired and ruin his career if anybody finds out. Best bet would be just to upfront tell him you're interested and that after you graduate you want to go out with him. I had a friend who said her high school English teacher often flirted with seniors and then started dating them when they graduated. It was frowned upon, yes, but he still kept his job and stayed out of jail. So go for it.

It is not illegal BUT if he is your teacher or a teacher in YOUR school then he can get fired. I say be careful.. that can cost him his job! Also he sounds too old for you.. if he is in his twenties or late twenties then let him know how you feel and see how he takes it but if he is older than that let him go. He probably wants to have a little fun if he accepts. Older guys want fresh blood, be careful!

"Go out" isn't illegal at any age. And yes, you can have sex with your teacher. Both of you would be considered consenting adults. If all you want from him is sex, keep staring at his bulge. If not, make eye contact and smile. That is a much better way to go.

no its not illegal to date your teacher if your 18 because at that age you are considerd an adult..if the teacher likes you too then yea flirt a lil more invite him to a movie or smoething start slow let things build up between you guys..good luck with him sweetie
