Juice, sodas, milk or tea will not replace water, but it still aids in keeping you hydrated. The caffeine in tea and soda isn't really good for you, nor is the sugar in juice. If you don't like water, try adding lemon, a chunk of fresh ginger or mint. These are all things that add flavor, but not sugar.

A great idea to flavor water is add a whole orange, sliced (peel and all) and a vanilla bean, split down the middle. Add this to about 3 liters (almost 4 gallons) of water and let it sit overnight. The next day, your water will taste like a creamsicle.

u need to drink plain water alot ok...its for ur hydration...blood thinning so that ur blood circulation will be good..and to get the basic minerals u can find in plain water....
however, juices, milk, tea had other nutrient values but water is to keep u healthy and keep u running all day long... u feel fresh by just drinking plain water..

About 70% of the fat free mass of the human body is made of water. To function properly, the body requires between one and seven litres of water per day to avoid dehydration; the precise amount depends on the level of activity, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Most of this is ingested through foods or beverages other than drinking straight water. It is not clear how much water intake is needed by healthy people. For those who do not have kidney problems, it is rather difficult to drink too much water, but (especially in warm humid weather and while exercising) it is dangerous to drink too little. People can drink far more water than necessary while exercising, however, putting them at risk of water intoxication, which can be fatal. The "fact" that a person should consume eight glasses of water per day cannot be traced back to a scientific source. There are other myths such as the effect of water on weight loss and constipation that have been dispelled.

A shower. The latest dietary reference intake report by the United States National Research Council recommended (including food sources): 2.7 litres of water total for women and 3.7 litres for men.Water is lost from the body in urine and feces, through sweating, and by exhalation of water vapor in the breath.

Humans require water that does not contain too many impurities. Common impurities include metal salts and/or harmful bacteria, such as vibrio. Some solutes are acceptable and even desirable for taste enhancement and to provide needed electrolytes.

so freind..its WATER.. and not juices or coffee or tea..or mil.....water is important for ur body..it keeps ur skin healthy too

No - as my Dr said if you can't bathe in it it isn't a suitable substitute. Only water is water - try adding a splash of lemon or juice to improve the taste but try to drink more water than you do any other beverage. Good Luck!

No, definitely not! Any juice, soda, milk, or tea has calories, and SOME nutritional value (but soda doesn't). How can you not like water? It's supposed to be tasteless. : )

I suppose any liquid will do. But other liquids have calories, which you might not want to add to your diet. Have you tried the flavored waters? If you can't drink water then look for things that are good for you, like orange, cranberry or pomegranate juice.

Many juices and sodas have such a high concentration of sugar theat they temporarily dehydrate you. (that's what my doctor tells me anyway) If you really hate the taste of water, dilute the juice a little with water so the concentration of sugar is less.

No. There's no "nutritional value" in water. Juice/soda/milk/tea all have other things in it like sugars and vitamins and minerals.
