One of my favorite recipes would be: ( best designed for the grill, but works out fine with a fry pan and broiler/oven.)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar teriyaki sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Marinade chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for two hours. Grill/fry until chicken is just done. Then top chicken with chopped green pepper, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and grated cheddar cheese. (Can use Swiss or other cheeses) Place under the broiler/oven until cheese is melted. Serve with a nice salad and fresh bread.

I like a lot of recipes at www.kraftfoods.com. I love all the deep south stuff like fried fish, hushpuppies, cheese grits, things like that. At the kraftfoods website, you can save recipes and add them to your "grocery list" and just print the list so you have what you need. I love cooking!

A dish I'm fixing tonight as a matter of fact. It's called
YUM-A-SETTA , it's actually a Amish dish (I'm not)
I had it over a friends house a couple weeks ago. So
I'm gonna fix it tonight. My husband hasn't tried it.
My friends gave me the recipe, but I found it on the web
today.
