See your own doctor as soon as possible. It could be severe anxiety which can cause depersonalization which can make it seem like nothing is real...or like you are in a dream state....if it is this then medication and therapy will help.

If it is depression or another mental disorder, again, medication can really help you. Please go and be assessed if you haven't already. If you're already on medication you need to go back to your prescriber and get further help.

Honestly, you do not have to suffer this....I know from experience.
I had the same feelings you are describing and they can be got rid of.

Seek help right now.

Best wishes.

sounds like an existential dillemna, also that you have not found the world to be a place of trustworthiness. have you been dissappointed a lot? feel unseen and unheard, not taken in to consideration? uneffective in the efforts you undertake? when you are looking for a therapist i would recommend interviewing them before you invest in sharing yourself...find someone that you resonate with energetically and spiritually. chances are you have a lot to unload emotionally so its a good idea to feel safe doing that. hang in there. there are a lot of great people out there who have gone through the same thing and come out with a renewed sencse of hope and a deeper understanding of their place in the world. take some time to discover who you are, what you are about and what your desires and intentions are for this life.

i had thoughts that i didnt exist too.. and everything around me felt like a dream or something.. i went to my local doctor and found out it was panic attacks.. that might not be the same as you though. but go to your doctor right away . make an appointment and explain to him whats going on, he or she would be able to figure out whats wrong. just try to hang in there bud : )
