Yes. Just take them out of the can and put them on a plate first. However, if you don't want to do that, there are microwaveable vegetable cups available that have one serving size cups of cooked peas, beans, carrots, and corn that you can just heat up in the microwave. They're similar to Dole peach and pineapple cups and they taste great. Good for on-the-go or picnic adventures with the family.

Oh yeah you can cook all canned veggies in the microwave. I do it all the time. There are several thousands of veggies too that yu can purchase from your local grocery store, I have cooked them all in my microwave. Some people have told me that they do not like eating this way, but most people that I know say this is the fastest and easiest way to prepare there veggies. I have submitted for you a link that will give you several recipes also.

Yes, but you have to take them out of the can first and place in a microwave safe bowl and cook away to your heart's content.

Drain the can's liquid off then dump the veggies into a Corningware (or other microwave-safe) bowl, nuke for a minute and stir, then heat 30 seconds at a time until done. Just don't nuke the can, itself, and you are good to go.

Yes, of course. Take the veggies out of the can and put in a non metal bowl. Most newer micro's have a vegetable button. When you push it, it gives you a choice of Can, fresh, frozen. Pick Can and then start and it will heat them thru perfectly....

take them out of can and put in a microwave safe bowl, just heat for a few minutes. I put a tablespoon or two of butter in mine for added flavor and salt after done cooking. If you salt before you cook, your veggies will be tough.
Happy Holidays!

yes, just make sure you take them out of the can first. Drain the liquid and put the veggies in a bowl and heat for about a minute. Check to see if they are hot enough, continue heating about 30 seconds till hot enough. Do not overcook or you'll have flavorless mush.
