Tracking airplanes word wide? No. Tracking planes and flights in the US and Canada with some other places in real time, yes. Check this out http://www.airnavsystems.com/ANLV/index.htm
I took the time to research this for you and you have to respond with a comment like that? Using multiple exclamation points is not only unnecessary but also totally rude. I think that I gave the most informative answer of anyone by saying that there is no software or way (that I know of) to find out how many aircraft in the world are in the air at one time. I gave you the link where the software is for the United States and Canada and it also includes other areas but I am unsure what they are. The next time you respond to people, who have helped you, think more carefully about your choice of words.

The boeing 737 takes off or lands every 5.6 seconds. the world has over 17,000 planes in service that means a plne lands every 1.8 seconds.

Ummm.....about 15,000,000 people are in the air in any given moment, so I'd say 20,000.
