The article below tells quite a few symbols. It's pretty well-written. You have to go down a few paragraphs before it starts listing the symbolism in more detail.

C.S.Lewis was writing the books as an allegory from a Christian perspective. The most obvious ones are: Aslan=Jesus, The Emperor-Over-Sea=God, the White Witch=Lucifer. Aslan even appears as a Lamb in the Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Lewis is not as subtle as Tolkien with his allegories, and the underlying Christian theme pervades all seven books.

The lion in this movie is a symbol of Jesus Christ, the bad guys are symbols of Satan, his demons and his human followers. The story symbolizes the entire story of Jesus Christ and His death and resurrection

the lion is jesus because he gives up his life for the sins of others and is resurrected. the witch is the devil. those are just some.
