He doesn't NEED to give her any. He may give her as many as he chooses. The exact situation, his ability to trust her in the future, and his feelings for her will likely have bearing on the issue.

Cheating how? Sex? Kisses? Dinner?
My now ex-boyfirned cheated on me by kissing other girls. I gave him another change becuase it was only kisses...we were together for another year after that. I never trusted him again thought. Giving him a second change may have been the worst thing I ever did.
It depends on you, and what you consider cheating. Will she do it again? Can you trust her? if you think she may, even if you have the smallest doubt...then I say break it off. There is no sense in you been hurt more.
After been cheated on, I've never been the same again. Now i never trust my boyfriends wholly, and I always feel like I'm not good enough, becuase the way I saw it when my ex cheated, is that he did it becuase I wasn't good enough...

Tricky.Do not give him another chance however review yourself to ensure that you did not drive him away for if you are the cause even if partially the next man will do the same thing and you will end up asking the same question again and again
Good luck in all your endevours

Depends...
A cheat is a cheat...there should be no chances.
If the girl doesnt show restraint before/while cheating then she isnt worth it. a relationship is a sacred connection of feelings and trust + compromise. Anything that breaks that means the end.
unless the cheater can prove their love...then maybe a 2nd chance is allowable. But not likely.
trust me.

chances=what?? People cheat for 2 reasons. #1 They are not having their needs met at home. Or #2 They like to ruin their relationships and need help. ( they have to want help first) You figure out which one she is.

Depends. Are you in Saudia Arabia? Then no chances. You kill her. (Hey I don't make the rules. I just read about 'em in the Koran). In America? One chance is sufficient. Beyond that, she's trying to tell you something.

How many chances are you willing to give before you say enough is enough? I'd say she already had her chance when she got involved with you.

well it really depends like if she's cheating on you all the time and you [and her] know it and she still trys to cover it up-totally dump her. but if it's once and you're no sure keep an close watch on her.
