I'm gonna refrain from making any comments on how disheartening a 13 year old being pregnant is for both mommy and baby and say: He really has no choice. Once the baby is born she can go to the state for help determining paternity and child support. I can image how scared she and the father - to -be is. Its only natural when someone that age is faced with such an adult situation. She needs to turn to her parents or go to Planned Parenthood for help. Adoption is an option she should really look into. That way she can better her life and give her child a good start as well. I guess its her decision and hers alone.

First, she must tell her folks. Then they grab the 'old enough' father and have a good talk with him. If he's old enough and she's only 13, chances are that's he's going to be in big trouble. She needs all the help and support she can get from family and friends. Then they'll help her make a decision on what to do as she's way too young to understand the whole thing on her own.

This is an awful state to be in. Im 19 and having a baby and its extremely hard for me to cope right now. There are many options for her though. Talk with her parents and figure out what they think. If they want to take care of the baby or help her out then thats great but if not there are plenty of people who cannot have children who would love to give it a good home. I cant imagine ever giving up a child but she needs to seriously think about whats best for the child.

How old is this boy..or man? A teenager would not be able to help. Besides that, what could he help with? She has to tell her parents and have it taken care of. A 13 year old has no business having a baby nor does she have any business taking her clothes off for a boy.

I don't know if she has supporting parents or not. But, if she can't talk to them she should talk to an adult. Your local health department has counselors. Maybe the counselor at school. Tell her to not keep it hidden because these things have a way of spiraling out of control. If she is going to have the baby and give it up for adoption since she is so young that's my recommendation. There are a lot of couple's waiting to adopt. But encourage her to talk to her parents or someone at church or an aunt. But let her know that you love and support her and Jesus loves her too. This is not the end of the world she can get through this. Good luck

Well for starters I will say that I am sorry to hear this kind of news. There are far to many babies having babbies now days. But she really needs to tell her parents about this. It could lead to bigger problems if she doesnt. And you said that the guy was old enough to take care of her how old are we talking if he is over eighteen doesnt he know that he can get into alot of trouble for this. Do her parents know about the boyfriend and what do they thank about him if they do.

Your friend should talk with her parents, they can help her now! before its too late with options, she is way too young to be a mother of a child. Thats a huge responsibility. Education is the key too success in this world. Tell her to stop having sex, it wont get her anywhere but in trouble at a young age. ...if your a true friend? tell your mother and she can help her.

I hope you let your parents in on this secret. You shouldn't be having sex at thirteen anyway. We can't change that now so, this guy just how old is he? If I were you I would let my parents or somebody know and go from there. Eventually, they will find out anyway!! As far as the guy is concerned after this you should see he doesn't care about you and he is out for one thing and one thing only!!! Wake up young girl

If she has tha baby she should put it up for adoption because she is in no position to be a mother. She needs to grow up and be more responsible. Don't have sex if you're not ready for a baby, cause it could happen at any time and it's not just your life that will be ruined. The poor baby has no choice.

Well the only thing she can do is just take care of the baby b/c getting an aboration is wrong and she shouldn't do that. But just give her the best advice you can. And don't leave her hanging b/c times like that is when friends really needs you. And just think about it you wouldn't want her to keep you hangin' if it was you....GOOD LUCK!!!!!
