conception is true then there is not one particle of Josephs dna in Jesus so what is the point of proving that Joseph is of the House of David? Jesus couldn't have had that genetic line.

The immaculate conception actually refers to Mary having been conceived without sin (not Mary conceiving Jesus as a virgin), but I understand what you meant. There are actually two geneologies of Christ in the Bible. Matthew traced his ancestry through Joseph, but Luke traced it through Mary. Both get the point across, and Joseph's was probably included because Jesus was his adopted son, even if he wasn't his genetic son. In the Bible, strict genetic succession isn't always required for a lineage (ex. Deut 25:5-7).

Jesus needs to be a descendant of David to fulfill some prophecies.
He is also given two completely contradictory lines of descent by Matthew and Luke where not only do the names not match but there is a difference of about 200 years between them.
Some people claim that one of the lineages given is for Mary but both quite clearly lead to Joseph as the father of Jesus.

Well an angel came to Mary and said that she was goingto have a baby. Mary didn't have to do anything with Joseph to get herself pregnant. Joseph was the one God chose Mary to have the baby with. God was his Father becasue Jesus was the special baby God chose to be the special person.

God? NO!!! it was Joseph..so who is his real father?

If you studied the Bible, and understood context and Jewish customs, you would know why. But, since you don't, you won't.
