This is not guaranteed to be correct, but if you want a pretty good idea on how to translate web pages, I know there is a google translater. i don't know the site but there is an option on the Google Toolbar (if you download it). You can also search French-English Translation to get a bunch of good sites that can translate many languages, not actually just french-to-english. Here's a free one I always use:
http://www.systranet.com/systran/net
It can translate simple typed up words and sentences, whole web pages, or even whole word documents (Like a Microsoft Word Document). Hundreds of languages are supported. Good Luck =)

Pages with long sentences? Go to school or pay someone. Those online translators for lazy people won't cut it. Sure, you can type in and get something back but can you be sure it's correct?

There are several free on-line translation sites. I've used http://www.systransoft.com/index.html.
There is also a language translator in Microsoft Word.
