if i am pregnant what is the best way to tell him...i mean the guy has four kids already and he told me he doesnt want any more but he also doesnt believe in abortion and neither do i...so whats the best way to break the ice?

You and him MUST have known that it might happen if you were having sex. So just be straight and honest with him and say you remember that night we did this and that and well I am pregnate and if neither of you believe in abortion then adoption is an option and I can tell you from experience how that works because I went thru that 15 years ago when I placed my son for adoption. And now I have been told I am unable to concieve children because of early ovarian failure.

You have to be striaght with him. If he doesn't want the keep the baby and you do, than you need to really disccus the options, like child support or joint custody and such. However, if you don't want the baby either, than I say that you keep yourself healthy and the baby and give it up for addoption to a family that will love it and care for it well.
