"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost". Acts 2:38
Notice it says Peter told them to be baptized "in the name of Jesus Christ." This is right after holy spirit was given on the Day of Pentecost, ten days after Jesus ascended into heaven.
"And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days." Acts 10:48
Notice that Peter commanded the household of Cornelius "to be baptized in the name of the Lord." Apparently, no one's reminded him what Jesus said, since Acts 2.
"When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus." Acts 19:5
These were the believers in Ephesus. Notice it says, "they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus."
"For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ." Galatians 3:27
Notice this is talking to those of us who "have been baptized into Christ".
According to the evidence I've check and gathered, it's probable that Jesus and the original Matthew 28:18-20" really said,
All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, disciple all the nations in my name, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you. And lo, I am with you all the days until the completion of the age.
It appears that Jesus wasn't talking about baptizing at all, but rather, making disciples of all the nations in his name.
The oldest manuscripts in existence today that contain this section of Matthew say, "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit". But, they're from the fourth century, a time when trinity was becoming an established doctrine of the Christian church. There are only two such fourth century manuscripts, and none older. However, They still have earlier writings that quote Matthew 28:19.
Jesus did not tell the disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in Matthew 28:19. In fact, he wasn't talking about baptism at all. Rather, he commanded them to go, disciple all the nations in his name, teaching them to observe all of his commandments. And then he promised them that he would be with them until the end of the age.

you'll discover the reply in Matthew 28:18-19 aka the excellent fee - "And Jesus got here and spoke to them, putting forward, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. move hence and make disciples of each and every of the countries, baptizing them contained in the call of the daddy and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,"... it truly is how Jesus commanded the disciples to baptize people, contained in the call of the Holy Trinity. Baptisms not performed contained in the call of the Triune God are in many situations not regularly taking place with the help of maximum major denominations.

Matthew 28:19 Jesus said: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
That's the formula given by Christ himself.
The phrase "in the name of Jesus as found in Acts means simply "by Jesus' power." This sets Christian baptism apart from cultic, Jewish and even John the Baptist's Baptism of that time.

Because that is what we are saved through. the Father(God), Son(Jesus) and Holy Ghost.
Matthew 28:19 Jesus said: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Because God is a truine God, its three in one. Father, Son and Holy Ghost are all God. So, we baptize in the name (titles) of the whole triune God. Those who preach JEsus only are very much in error. They dont recognize, that all are God. 1 John 5:7 tells us of a triune God that act as one. 1 Tim 3:16 says Jeus is God made manifest in the flesh. Titus 2:13 says that Jesus is great God and SAVIOUR. Acts 5:3-4 says that when we lie to the Holy Spirit, we have lied to God. So, for these reasons, we show equal respect, and do all things according to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Good question. thankx for asking.

The wording with the titles is taken exactly from the Bible (MT 28:19). Perhaps it's meant to emphasize the relationship between the Three. I don't think it particularly matters since they're the same people either way you refer to them, but it's good to follow tradition.

Any baptism not done in the name of Jesus Christ and with the the authority of God's Holy priesthood is null, void and serves nothing. A true baptism is done by immersion and in the name of Jesus Christ by someone who has the authority of God to do so. Otherwise you are just spinning your wheels.
