I work at Charm Diamond Centres. Some of our largest stores have loose diamonds in their safes, but for the most part we don't. However, it is simple to get them for you. We have a few diamond shows a year where you can come in and actually look at loose diamonds to have set. We will send your ring to our jeweller to have them set it for you for a nominal fee.
We can also request loose diamonds from our office for you to look at.
Another option, is for you to look at the rings in our showcase and decide what quality you like (4c's) and we can have that same quality set for you.

A good jeweler will sell loose diamonds. Also, there are wholesale stores if you're in a big city area that sell loose diamonds. Good luck shopping!

Just go to a jeweller, they should be able to do it there, or go somewhere where they fix jewellery, but a jewellery store should be able to sell you just the diamond. They sell jsut the rings!

jewelry stores and repair shops have them...just if its a decent sized one make sure you get what you pay for...have it mapped. So you will know its worth for years to come. Congrats and good luck!
I do not recommend on-line purchases for just a diamond...you'll get ripped easy unless its a well known jewler!
