And what about Rapists!!! Fifty percent of those involved had a GREAT time! To call it a crime is a "technicality" in favor of the victim...WhatSup With that!
It's high time we showed compassion for the perpetrators that take food off the tables of working American citizens.

It's technically a crime but not practically a crime. Americans have accepted illegals and their labor so openly for so long, that the Americans don't think they're breaking the "law" by hiring them, and the illegals really don't care about our laws either.
Americans have given them de-facto legality more or less over the years.

Illegal immigration is a crime. But the illegal immigrants talk like it is not really a big time crime, nor is using a fake ID, nor is using a fake or stolen ss card. Also to hear the illegal immigrants talk, yes these are crimes, but our laws are out dated. more likely they call our laws out dated to make themselves feel better about breaking them.

AS stated before, illegal immigration is a crime technically. But so is speeding. So many people are on here spewing hate and what not because the illegal immigrants came here illegally (which means they commited a crime) yet they break the law (which again meand they commited a crime) by speeding. Most of the people who come here illegally come here to better their family because they do not have that opportunity in their country. As a parent, if I couldn't afford to feed my children, or if one of them were sick and needed medical attention, etc. etc. I would do what I could to make sure that they are taken care of - even if it meant crossing a border illegally.

We're voting now? There is no vote, there is only fact. It is already a fact that illegals are illegal. Why doesn't anyone understand? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! They are NOT immigrating! They are intruding, trespassing, lawbreaking, criminals!

Yes by definition, it is a crime. However it is a bigger crime to transport illegal aliens or to hire them, knowing they are illegal.

Im disagree because the human, made the frontiers and borders. The world belong to everybody. As the world is free to go everywhere, there is no such illegal crime.
