Does anyone know eher (on the web) I can watch/stream free fitness videos?

I know I can download them on P2P programs, but is there actually a website that allows you to stream a FULL video of Pilates or other work outs??

go to www.self.com and check out the video from Jennifer Anistons yoga instructor...that workout will kick your butt!!!!!

Not sure about the web, but if you havee cable ON Demand they have all kinds of workouts on thier including Pilates.

try youtube.com and type in fitness in the search box. youtube has everything.
