Neutral because it can be both negative and positive at the same time.

My opinion would be that this is a neutral sign. However you have to ask the person what they meant or you will never know and you wont have the chance to correct what ever it is you may be doing wrong in the relationship. That is if you think the problem needs to be changed.

I would take it to mean you're unique, but I don't know if he meant that in a positive way. I don't know the context of the conversation, so it's hard to say

Could you be more specific? Sometimes I say that to my bf, because he has said something funny.

If it was something good or funny, no problem
If not.....it means that you are a real piece of sh*#!!!

He could have meant it either way.....I'm guessing that he found you a handful, complicated and he couldn't work you out, that u kept him on his toes and that made him feel uncomfortable.
