Possible inner ear problem. The inner ear is what helps us with balance. Go get it checked out, maybe that's where the nausea is coming from.

Yeap you are over exerting, slow down and work up gradually.

Maybe its because you go right after eating. That can certainly affect it.

the up and down movement, start slow and then slowly go faster

possibly, or you may be exercising too soon after eating......or maybe you're drinking too much water before or during your workout......

you may be dehydrated
