i pick to take fowl strips or tenders (boneless and skinless) and initiate them in a huge skillet with a touch olive oil. even as they are quite somewhat finished i will upload chopped up sparkling broccoli, mushrooms, shredded carrots, snow peas (inspite of the actuality that greens you want and performance handy). upload salt and pepper and equivalent "photos" of worchestershire and soy sauce. hide with the lid and enable the greens steam. by the time the greens are tender, the fowl will actually be finished. you could play round with inspite of the actuality that seasonings you want (garlic, ginger, and so on.). You form of won't be able to screw this one up it really is why i'm reliable at it. Serve over rice or with egg noodles. if you're ever feeling courageous you would possibly want to attempt with shrimp i wager, yet i have by no ability tried it. a impressive wine and also you're set! reliable luck.

Creamy ham and veggie soup
1 pkg chicken ramen noodles
2cups water
1cup milk
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup of frozen mixed veggies
1/2 chopped cooked ham
Combine water, noodles, seasoning packet, and veggies in pan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, shake the milk and flour until blended in a jar (or wisk it like I do). Once the noodle mixture is boiling, add milk slowly. Lower heat and cook until thickened. Add ham and cook until heated through.

Chicken with Pesto and Salad.
Just cook your chicken breasts, finish of by grilling'em if you can. Then pour some pesto on your chicken and put some slices of good melting cheese on top, put under the grill until the cheese has melted and gone golden and serve with salad, and wine! yay.
simple and not *too* expensive.
