For example
-I spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter with him, his family, and my family and other people
-We go to amusement parks
those sorta things
we used to talk and stuff but the past year we dont even say HI
but the past couple of weeks we kinda have short talk

i think that it is entirely possible that he likes you.
just ask him. and if you aren't comfortable doing that, drop hints...like
say you see him again...just say "oh well it was so good to see you again. it really made me happy."
that kind of thing.
chances are, if he likes you, he'll get the hint and try to do the same.
