I'm not sure what your definition of affordable may be, but you can find a listing of culinary schools in Kentucky here:

Of the schools listed, I anticipate that the Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville would be the most affordable.

If not, you have got to check out Cincinnati Culinary Institute.

Jason T is right. My sister got her culinary arts degree from Jefferson Community and Technical College. It was very affordable, and now she is doing very well for herself. I know Sullivan University also has a program, but that place way too expensive for what you get.

My parents are in Owensboro KY, and it's a great school system... I also grew up there...then there is Henderson.. again good system... Sorry i hope this helps!
