i want to play golf this year and my grade in biology was close to failing last year.
But this year, im doing good, and my lowest grade is a 78, AM I ELIGIBLE TO PLAY?

Probably if you stay at or above a C or C- average you should be eligible.

no problem. it's a C. anyways it's a C+..almost a B- so yea itz aight
plus i'm 15 1/2 and failing geometry..it's a D+...but the rest i have As in so youre good.

78 sounds like a C, so you'll probably be good to go.
Biology sucks anyway....
