Ok this one guy, he's 2 years older than me (i'm in 9th) he's been my neighbor, FOREVER!!!! And i've always kinda liked him and he's always kinda liked me but nothing BIG, not even a crush or anything!!! just a small little thing i have for him, we always flirt with each other and i know he would date me, but i'm not sure if i should.....i dont date alot and right now i'm heart-broken so maybe thats why i'm thinkin about givin him a chance.....
also, we act like we're dating all the time, this one girl that rides my bus asked us if we were datin 2day and he always says "yea we are, gotta prob with it??!!" but i think he's just jokin around but idk...
i'm shy around most guys i like but i'm DEFINETLY not shy around him, i would tell him to his face i like him, (i do it all the time) but the problem is i think he thinks i'm just joking around and i'm like seriousily he just smiles,
and he's not much of dater, ALOT of ppl like him but he never dates them

Instead of asking people you don't know all those questions and telling us how you feel, why don't you talk to him. Tell him pretty much everything you just wrote, and find out some answers and then figure out how you feel about them. It kinda sounds to me like you guys would be really great together, but i know you prob don't want to risk the friendship. That is why the best thing to do is talk to him and work it out together.

in case you experience particularly strongly approximately it decide for it. confirm you're doing it for the splendid motives. such as you suggested you're kinda heart broken impressive now and you dont understand if that why you have those emotions. as quickly as you artwork that out i think of you will understand in case you fairly must be with him or in case you're on the rebound.
