i think he's flirted wiht me a few times but then sometimes he will just plain out stare at me and other times it will be like he doesn't notice me at all but we do make alot of eye contact sometimes but we don't really talk that much

i have a few answers
first of all i am pretty sure he likes u likes u? unless u have rlly big breasts or something and thinks ur hott
1) if u like him, then just ask him if he likes u and hope for the best. if he acts like that he won't make fun of u and it will be alot easier.
2) if u dont like him then sorry but i think you have a stalker. just find out somehow (ask his friends, send ur friends in like spies, or just ask) and if yes, just tel him the truth. now as a guy here is some advice
if he is madly in love and to nervous to admit, be gental and nice. not too mean (my friend had someone be rlly mean to him and he is like that and he was just misserable and angry), if he is like madly in love but one of those poser popular guys who swears and doens't care about that, then just be all get away from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flirting is an art. I was shy and I worked very very very very hard not to be. Practice practice practice. Go get what you want before some one else does. Don't use the word failure, say it is experience. Try try again. But be mature about it.

well sounds confusing... sometimes its easier to talk with someone you like not in person like if you have msn or yahoo messenger or over the phone and from what you said it seems like you two might already have something going but just don't realize it so good luck!!!!!

start to talk to him over the computer and then then phone and then in person and that is how i got over being shy!!!!!
