With pleasure: seeing and experiencing friendship... seeing the love in the eyes of my wife and children... a beautiful landscape.. art.. music.. poetry and literature...the love of my god and the thought of well-being from so many around this world of ours...
With pain: cruelty.. to animals, children..the planet and all of its' peoples.. illness and death in children and babies.. sadness in friends and others... the thoughts of the wrongs I've done... the wrongs done in the name of religion...

-Relaxing on an exotic beach sipping on a cool cocktail with a special someone makes my soul cry with pleasure.
-The breakup of my last relationship made my soul cry with pain. I loved the man but it wasn't meant for us to stay together. There are many people who can relate to this type of pain. The key is to move on with your life.

With pain: When a certain girl forces her way into my private conversations, or follows me into the office when I have to pick something up. Actually, that fills my soul with puke more than pain, but it's all I could think of.

Pleasure, definately my husband and four beautiful children.
Pain, Too many things! I ache for people in trouble, children not loved, the starving and uncared for. I hate that those that have would cross the road to avoid those that don't have.Basically I hate that mankind is no such thing!
