Local Law Enforcement is pretty busy with their everyday duties, but I do believe that in the course of their traffic stops, warrant checks, roadblocks, they should also conduct a check for their status to be in the United States. I don't think they "should" be hunting illegal aliens, unless of course an illegal alien happens to be the goal of a manhunt, but they should be trained in the basics of Immigration Law, its always a good idea to learn new laws and rules and I believe that any type of law enforcement training (no matter the agency) is beneficial to any law enforcement officer. .

certain, they ought to because there are regulations. this isn't racial profiling, this attempting to implement those regulations. If officials are not from now on allowed, that needs to regulate and bypass in the bill too. the guy gave the officer a global driver's license! The officer is going to favor to carry close then the position is documentation is in case he's illegitimate. If he's been right here for 10 yrs the position's his united stateslicense? i change into pulled over in Germany, and when I gave them my united statesdriver's license i change into requested if I had the different documentation for being there criminal. Is that discrimination too? i imagine no longer.

Immigration and Customs is the province of the federal government. The States should not be drained of their resources because of the failings of the feds. States have enough budgetary issues and resource problems to add on the jobs the federal government should be doing.
