Go by the elimination process. Think of anything that you have changed. usually when it's that vague it is a contact dermatitis. you are allergic to something you touch and usually that happens when you are really close to it and sweat or get warm while touching it. I had that happen to me with Tide with Bleach. It only happened when I went to bed and it was summer. I finally figured it out and quit using it. I never change my detergents or fabric softener. So, think about things like that. Made any changes lately, been near anything like someones dog or cat or anything different. What do the times it happens have in common? It may take a while. For now buy store brand benadryl and take two 25 mg. and sleep tonight. Take again if not any better tom;. Then just start to eliminate things as causes. Stick with one detergent. That is a big one. Also, sometimes food can do it...anything different in your diet those times? Good luck. You can also buy witch hazel to cool the hives. Good luck. Also, I became allergic to pennecillin after 50 yrs. it just happend! I took for dental work and my hands and feet itched like mad, I felt like I was mad. Then the next time, the same. So, I knew it had to be that!

See an allergist and get tested for allergies. It sound like you might be coming in contact with something that bothers your skin causing the red rash with spots. Get tested though to see if they can pinpoint what you are allergic to.

Well first lf all if you know what is causing your allergy get away from it! Secondly, until this becomes consistent your doctor can't do a lot. However, you should talk to him/her about what is going on to get an opinion about what is troubling you.
