Choosing after 35 yrs not to have anything to do with my father, For the sake of not wanting to hurt my mom(who died in 1994),I never told her my dad sexually abused me when I was younger. But now after all these yrs, I have decided to stay away from him.And go to counselling. He has changed alot after losing my mom,But I don't want to take a chance he might do something to my 2 girls,I only feel bad because my girls have no other grandparents. And of course ppl ask why, I just tell them it's a choice I made.

My 8 year marriage, because HE decided to go through a mid life crises, but expected me to wait in the sidelines while he sorted it out. Yeah right! Like that was gonna happen!

It was the hardest thing I ever did, but in hindsight, the BEST thing I ever did.

I think the hardest thing I have walked away from are my illusions of love.

I think I will always be walking away from all kinds of illusions - maybe I am a dreamer.

Is there a pun in your question?
If not, it's the Kohinoor Diamond in the Tower of London.
I wish I could walk away with it, rather than from. But I suppose God has other plans for me.

MY ex-boyfriends then 6yr old daughter, I loved her like she was mine and I still do, I think about her every day and I still cry.
I hope that she has grown into the beautiful young woman I always dreamt she would be, and would love to tell her that I love her, and never meant to hurt her. She is now coming up to 16.
GOD I MISS HER.
