I have been in a room on e few occasions when someone is leaving this plane of existence. I have not found that all speak.

My father was unable to speak before his death, but I was in the room as he died. He had been sleeping for hours, then suddenly opened his eyes. Looked up and to his right (towards the ceiling) for a moment, then looked at my mother with pleading eyes. My mother tearfully told him it was ok to "go" .... he looked back to the right at the ceiling for another moment, then closed his eyes and left. Although he was unable to speak, I believe he saw someone waiting to take him to the next level.

i have heard this many times , and have seen some people close to me appear to be elsewhere and speaking with people that aren't there
i believe from my own experience with spirit that we are always met by those we love
even people who work in hospital environments report this happening often

yep, i was with my dad in the hospital..and my mom was there..he spoke to us directly until almost his last breath, then he just stopped talking..as he was looking at my mom..took a deep gasp and was gone...it was very sad, but he was at peace....no talking to angels or anything...
