I would tell him that he is a freak and that I think there is something wrong with a 35 yr old man wanting to hang out with a 22 yr old. I did this when I was 16 to a 26 yr old guy. Just straight out told him something must be wrong with you.

From what you are saying this must be at work! You and he work together report him to your supervisor for sexual harassment. Be polite and business like when talking to your supervisor though. Just tell your supervisor you do not want to cause trouble but the guy who not leave you alone and if it does not stop you are going to have to go to the EEOC with a sexual harassment complaint.
If not a work tell you bluntly you don't like him and want nothing to do with him. Then if he doesn't stop report him to the police for stalking. Or get your brother or father to have a talk with him. That is what brothers and fathers are for.

Hey girl, that's a bad start. All he wants is sex. If you are not interest in him, don't talk to him or go near him. Maybe the other problem is you. Do not lead him into this kind of situation.
