From about 5 yrs, it was late at night and i was talking to a friend on the phone when i notice a light flashing so quickly infront of my room. So, i think it was the electricity. I turn off the main switch and i come back to my room. The flashing light passes again! i saw it for about 4 times flashing and passing infront of my door room. Frankly, I was in panic and started crying. Anyone has any idea about what this might be?

Not enough info really. I guess I would have had to be there to understand better. I'm sure it was nothing to be afraid of. If the Aliens were looking for you, they would have gotten you by now.

I am also looking for an answer for this experience because it happens to me and only when or directly after praying. My eyes are not closed tightly at all, I do not believe it is any of the answers above. It does not happen as frequent these days because I prayer daily but previous to when it started I rarely prayed, so I think it could have been signs of approval that i was doing so by forces we don't understand, to keep me praying.
