I am looking to lose weight (like everyone else) and I was wondering if anyone knows of any useful Internet tools to help me.

The other site is DragonDoor which is more centered on athletic ability and martial arts (functional strength) regardless of body shape. It kind of depends on what you want - whatever your goal is, these two resources can probably help you start looking.

go to www.self.com and sign up for their SELF Challenge. I think it is geared towards women, but it will still give you workout routines, a menu, and a place to record your workouts and meals so you can track your progress.
