Oh Yes!! Heavens Yes!! The Trial Lawyers would sue the Land Owner and any one who ever came near the tree!!
So let's reverse the question!! If a tree falls in the middle of the woods and lands on a trial lawyer.........would any one care? Probably not

Politicians are all the same. The day after elections their main function is getting re-elected not working to make our country better.

Obviously much more so than if it landed on a Conservative. Just look at how many conservatives fell in this last election, and certainly, there was much rejoicing.
