I resntly aquired a large thing of Sesame Seeds(18 OZ) and have been snacking on them and was wondering. If I had nothing else, could I live off of them? Do they even have any nutritional value at all?

I think I know where this is going. The answer is No you can't on just seeds and some nutritional value. Eat a properly balanced diet and drink water.

You could live on them as long as you had water...you would only live until you died of a vitamin or mineral deficiency disease, due to eating only one thing your whole life.

You can eat absolutely nothing and survive 2 or 3 weeks with water alone.

Take the water away and you will die in a few days.

Plant a few and see what happens. I don't think mankind has yet discovered what a sesame seed will be when it grows up.

You could survive as far as fullfilling your food intake but you have to have water too.
