If you are 18 or older but keep in mind, those guys think girls with tattoos are cheap tramps, and are turned off by tattoos on women.

you should be able to get a tattoo if you are over 18 and if you are able to pay for it.

Depends on your age? Where you want it? (it will be forever with you) and Where you'd plan on getting it?(Make sure its a real tattoo place, there are so many diseases today that i dont think sneaking behind your parents back to get one and risking your chances of getting an STD are worth it.

if you are of legal age, which in this country is 18, then you can get as many tattoos as you want.

I not sure what you mean by this question, but if you're a minor you might need your guardian's signature.
If you mean that it should be a right then I don't know if that is possible because minors have no voting rights.

yes you shoudl and there are ways to circumvent the system just be sure you are ready to deal with it for the rest of your life...i alwas tend to get tats with meaning so that i may remember what i am about never somethign crazy like the name of a girl or band i seen a dude with Korn tatted five or six times on his body it was nuts...he had one under his left eye it was just like ok your biz never for me tho

if you're 18 or older and you got the money for it then go ahead... just make sure that you are sure you want whatever you pick on you for the rest of your life.... i got 2 and i dont regret them...
