Ooh, it used to be my old boss since he sexually harassed me everyday but now I'd rather see him live and suffer through his miserable life. The "better" choice would probably be some evil warlord/leader but I don't trust that I have the knowledge to choose. The problem is if I killed someone, I'd remember them for the rest of my life and that would drive me crazy.

No-one. I couldn't kill another person unless they threatened the lives of my family.
There are a few senior political figures though who, if I found out they had chronic haemorrhoids, I'd have a good smile.

Nobody. Everyone has the opportunity to kill someone every day. This doesn't mean we should act upon it does it?

I would never kill anyone, except in self defense and protecting others.
BUT---if I did kill someone--well, I cannot say, or the FBI would coming gunning for me.

No one. Even if there turned out to be a god and he came down and TOLD me to, I would refuse.
Murder is immoral. Any intelligent being who commands it is immoral, anyone who does it is immoral.

definitly margerat thatcher, i would starve her to death in a criminals uniform for all the hate and death she has caused in northern ireland and especially for letting 10 men starve to death in the h blocks 25 years ago all because they wanted to be recognised as political prisoners not criminals,
