It depends on what you want. Kraft singles melts the most completely, but the taste is a little wimpy to hold up to the taste of beef. Velveeta melts as well as Kraft singles, and has some cheddar in it. Its taste almost holds up to beef. Sliced cheddar has a nice full body taste that goes well with beef, but may not melt as well as the previous 2 cheeses.

My preference? Cheddar, and put up with the way it melts.

For a spicy burger, try Pepper Jack. I also like Provolone. Did you ever have Carl's Jr.'s Roast beef sandwich? They used to have them years ago...ummm I hope I am not dating myself here, but the beef and provolone cheese made a great combo of flavor!

it truly is what I do, i take advantage of a million lb of ninety 5/5 { low fat content fabric intense in style} floor pink meat and a million/2 lb of 80 5/15 floor pink meat. I positioned them in ab owl and upload, 3 tablespoons of A-a million steak sauce, salt and pepper to style, a million/4 cup diced onion, and a couple of cloves minced garlic. I then make balls of meat {tinda like a pattie in simple terms not flat} and then upload a million/2 tablespoon of real un-salted butter { its not difficulty-free to expain in spite of the indisputable fact that the butter makes them more advantageous juicy and promises tremendous style} to the middle and purple the beef decrease back over the butter{ so the beef covers the butter throughout} I then flatten them slighty, I in many situations prefre to grill them yet pan frying is in simple terms as sturdy. I cook dinner them to medium-nicely, without urgent down on them at the same time as they cook dinner.. it drys them out and makes the butter come out. they are proper all with the help of them self even and under no circumstances using a bun. yet you may serve them besides you please. I have also extra mozallrea cheese to the middle and it became googy and yummy!!!
