This happend 3 hours ago and its very read and its about the sixe of a quater... Its killing me, Lots of pain and hot to the touch!
Should I go to the ER??

I think it was a spider?!?

you really need to go to the emergency room!!! you may be going into anaphylactic shock. if you think it's a spider bite let the doctor know so. if it is a bite from a brown recluse, you have a serious medical condition. the bite will not heal and may require surgical repair. within 7- 10 days a brown recluse bite will turn into a large ulcer. seek help immediately.

Yes you should go to the ER. Try to take or at least identify what bit you. This will help the ER Physician in determining the next step. Some bites, for example from a Brown Spider can be very serious while others like a mosquito bite is usually harmless. Pain and heat is an indication to have it professionally diagnosed.

What bit you? Bug? Dog? Cat? Human?
Well, only you know how much pain you are in, so if you say it's killing you....then go to the ER.

if your really concerned, yes you should go see a doctor. because you said you dont know what bit you, it could of been a poisinous spider or something. the longer you wait the worse it will get.

You didn't say what bit you, but I would get it checked out by a doctor regardless. Human bites, in particular, can easily get infected because we have so much bacteria in our mouths.
