well if ya like him then flirt back & then if he likes you he will go for the next move. guys always like a girl at school, it is hard to tell it all depends on the guy. some are just natural born "flirts" who flirt with anyone and everyone they come across. so my tip is just to flirt back and see how things go from there.. What's he like when your not looking?
Is he just a friendly guy?
Does he flirt with other girls?
Does he go out of way to bang into you?
Read the body language and his personalty together
should tell you something.

It is obvious that he likes you...and he enjoys making you smile.
My advice to you: start out as friends, work on finding things in common and share those experiences.
If it grows into something more than friends, well GOOD!
If not, at least you have a new friend.
