there is this boy im my gym class and he looks at me alot but not that much but he does look at me and one day i was asking the guys if im annoying everyone said yes and then i asked him he said yes and then after class he came to me and said no he was just kidding so does he like me

I would bet your bottom dollar that he does. Try smiling at him and starting small conversations - be yourself. If all goes well from there something wondrous could spawn that has no end. Go for it and be yourself! I'm sure he'd jump at the chance to go out with you!

Boys tend to stick together on stuff like this. He might not have really meant you were annoying but didn't want to be teased by the other boys.
Time will tell if he is interested in you. Be friendly with him just like you are with others. Guys usually like girls who are friendly but not over-friendly. I hope it works out for you!
