I don't see why you guys let it get to you all everyone wants to do is complain about it let us teens have out own thing FOR ONCE. Everytime we come up with something we think is cool you so-called "adults" get mad at least we don't complain about everything you think is "cool" like knitting or something boring like that. Give us a break already. And by the way YOUR MOM. Makes you mad huh?? Now you know how us teens feel when you make us mad. So get used to it.

Its supposed to be the cool thing to say when insulting someone, or even when a group of people are talking sometimes it is said in a offensive way sometimes its said in a joking way, i personally dont like it, it seems very rude, but hey who cares what i think.

Never heard anyone say that. You must be in California they always come up with the stuff first then it finally gets to go towards the east coast. Then they do it long after California has stopped.

It's funnier if you say "Your MAMA!" I think people find these jokes funny because they are offensive and usually stupid. Insulting someone's mother used to be and still is a little taboo. Now "Your Mama" jokes are their own genre. Lastly, the best comedian tells jokes that everyone can relate to. So, Your Mama jokes are easy for almost anyone to relate to.

Its like saying you son of an (donkey). It insults the person you where born by there for it insults you. Or hey if the situation is right then when they say "you suck" you can say your mom as in "your mom sucks"

I don't know but it use to make me very mad everytime I said something to my younger sister (she's 15) she would say YOUR MOM.
But she's trying to stop saying that. It drives me crazy when I'm being serious and all she says is YOUR MOM.
