Still asking the same question, over and over I see. You keep picking best answers, saying what they said makes sense, was well thought out, etc. Yet, you never seem to take their advice, you just keep begging for answers, on the same question. Now, take a look at some of your answers to other peoples questions. Your own advice to others who have asked similar questions is good advice. You have no problem helping people with their problems, and your answers are very good. Mainly you have told them to just ask them out, and things like that. In these cases, you are very decisive. You should take some of that confidence and turn it on yourself. Quit worrying about this boy. Step up to the plate, and ask him. Period. You have received many great answers, you have agreed that many of them are good, now take their advice and talk to him, straight out. If your as wishy-washy around him as you have been on here, you are risking losing him. Grab the bull by the horns and do it.
p.s. why the name change?

Why are you putting yourself thru this grief? Since you've known this person for a long time, you should have no problems talking to him. Be yourself and ask him out. The worst he can do is say no thanks, but at least then you will know exactly where you stand. Some guys are meant to be just friends and this can be a real good thing; especially when he has other "cute" friends around him that he could introduce to you. Have you ever heard of the old saying; "Nothing ventured....nothing gained?" Make the attempt and take it slow.

You really have nothing to lose at this stage, sounds like your really confused, so just ask him out. If he treats it like a joke or doesn't take you seriously, well then just say something like, oh it's just to celebrate your grounding being overwith. If he really likes you you'll know, when he acts like he doesn't like you is it because he is around his own friends. Guys can be afraid to show their real feelings so women have to be tough and do it for them sometimes. Remember if he really seems surprised, pretend it just a common everyday thing and to celebrate him being off grounding (oh yaeh) offer to help to help with his school work. Good luck

Usually if a boy likes a girl, and its not stupid puppy love, then he will try and find ways to hang out with her and be around her more than normal. Good luck

I don't know how old you are, but you need to learn that the only way you are going to know for sure is to ask him. You can't just go by signs. Hopefully he tells you the true.

Signs he likes you: calls a lot, teasing, wants to hang out a lot
Signs he does not: you always feel like you're calling, making plans, initiating conversation

Please if you do not mind saying, how old are you? It's hard to give the same advice to a pre-teen compared to an adult. I mean this whole thing began when you were 3 or 4.
Please don't be offended.

If he flirts with you more than normal, then he likes you. Ask him out when he is no longer grounded.

Well if he flirts with you he probably likes you...if he doesn't than he would probably rather remain friends
