If it's not just a one time thing, it's no longer a one night stand. Hook up buddies are great though. Just make it clear what's expected.
On the other side, one nighters can be great because there are no expectations of it happening again. The mental aspects are part of the thrill. That part gets lost upon the move to hook-up buddies.

I met my one stand the next night for another go round and then that was it...never saw or heard from him again. I wished we had stayed in touch for a long time but got over it.

I had one that I will never forget. I wish I could erase it from my memory because this girl gave me drink after drink and even got me to smoke weed then took me up to her room. She did her thing and all but the next morning I woke up in her room feeling so lost! It was a scary feeling that I never want to feel again!

I had one... and Nah... I dont wish for it again. It was good sex... but Id rather have a sex buddy than another hook up with that one night stand. I dont want to turn it into something its not.

Having one-night stands DESTROYS everything morally about you, AND to the OTHER PERSON. It breaks down individuals, then families, and finally, countries!!!

Yes I did - I was stupid and now wish that I hadn't ~ but too late for that so now just have to chalk it up too another life experience in the column reading "Never do that again!"

I have done that and it was some great sex. You don't want to continue like that though. Hook up with a guy and be "friends with benifits" that is great, and you don't have to worry about looking for someone different all the time.
