Everyone above you is wrong. Yet those words aren't used a lot except by immature little people.
This is the true defintion:
Blockhead is someone who gives head to the whole block. and a bobbles head is a female who likes to give oral sex on a regular basis. And hopefully you know what giving head is, but if you don't, it's oral sex.

someone who is dense, doesn't get it. bobbles head means a bobbing head (back and forth) but could also mean another form of a ditzy person "bobblehead".
