To add some information to some of the previous answers:

If you're asking who did the actual physical building, then the answer is primarily local people either as part of an annual requirement on their labor. Slaves might occasionally have been used, but slaves were not terribly common in ancient Egypt and were primarily domestic servants.
If you're asking who directed the temples to be built/maintained, then the answer is the king. Part of the role of the king was maintaining order in the universe (ma'at) and part of the way of doing this was to support and add to various temples throughout Egypt.

As for how long it took to build temples, well, that's a little complicated. Temples were ongoing projects. The temples of Luxor and Karnak were built, altered, and added to by successive kings throughout the New Kingdom, Third Intermediate Period, Late Period, and Ptolemaic Period. While the original mudbrick temples probably dated quite a bit earlier, the stone construction we see today dates to these later periods. The same is true of several other temples.
Mortuary temples for the cult of the king were usually started when the king came to the throne and construction on them continued until his death.

who usually built the temples?

mainly farmers would do the building, no animal labor was used in large building projects, all man labor, and not many (if any) slaves would have been used. there wouldn't have been any weapon used to keep a large group of slaves in line.

how long did it take?

that all depends on the growing season. building took place when ever the laborers wouldn't be farming (no they wouldn't be doing it at night) when the farmers wern't growing or harvesting food they would do the building. the amount of time also depends on how big the temple is. big ones will obviously take more time to build. i would say it would take 2-3 years could be more and could be less. if that sounds like a too small amount of time just remember the great pyramid was built in about 22 years

Osiris and his wife and sister Isis. Osiris was the Giver of All Life and God of the Underworld. Isis was the Goddess of Motherhood and Nature. They were both widely worshipped from at least 2500 BC (the first known mention of them) and the 4th century AD, when non Christian religions were suppressed by Christian Roman emperors. As late as the mid 6th century AD there was still an active temple of Isis in southern Egypt, close to the border with what is now Sudan.

1. The Egyptian priests performed everything from surgery to embalming.

2. The Temples of ancient Egypt were built by the people who perished in the last large global deluge.

3. The Library of Alexandria had records of events before that time.

4. All people who existed before the last great deluge were either brown or black people. That information cannot be released wholesale because it would destroy the theory of evolution, so evil minds destroyed the world's greatest library. However, guess what: new books are being released showing that there are thousands of codes in the Torah and in Solomon's Temple---those codes, when deciphered house thousands of years of historical data. Quite amazing, but true. Plug in the key words in Yahoo search: Solomon's Temple. They will point you to the relevant books.
